Welcome to winpr. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and winpr ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://winpr.cam and all associated content, features, tools and services made available through it.

winpr is an English-language online betting information and entertainment platform targeting Pakistani users. We provide sports betting guides, cricket odds commentary, live casino information, payment method references and responsible gambling resources. winpr does not operate a sportsbook, betting exchange or online casino directly. All betting and gaming activity takes place on third-party licensed operator platforms.

By accessing or using any part of this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. • "Responsible Gambling Tools" means features such as deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, self-exclusion and account cooling-off periods, as described on the Platform's Responsible Gambling page.
• "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as further described in the Privacy Policy.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, statutes, regulations and governmental orders applicable to a User in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan), and any other local, provincial or national legislation relevant to online gambling and information services.
• "PKR" or "Rs" means Pakistani Rupees, the official currency of Pakistan, used as a contextual reference throughout the Platform where financial amounts are discussed.

Your access to and use of the winpr Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, as amended from time to time. Acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform, regardless of whether you register an account or use any specific feature.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity — such as a company, partnership or organisation — you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and all references to "you" in these Terms shall apply equally to that entity.

winpr reserves the right to update, revise or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Access to and use of the winpr Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at all times:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to you. Underage access to gambling-related content is strictly prohibited. winpr may implement age verification measures and reserves the right to restrict access where age cannot be confirmed.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are under any legal disability that affects your capacity to contract, you must not use this Platform.

winpr reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse access to any User who does not meet these eligibility requirements or who provides false or misleading information. Such refusal may occur without prior notice.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, winpr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial, informational and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any Content from the Platform without prior written consent from winpr;
• Systematically extract or scrape data, odds information or any other Content from the Platform using automated tools, scripts or bots;
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on any Content without express authorisation;
• Use the Platform to transmit spam, unsolicited communications or any form of commercial solicitation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or associated infrastructure.

winpr provides Content — including cricket odds guides, PSL betting previews, T20 tournament analysis, live casino information, payment method references and responsible gambling resources — strictly for informational and entertainment purposes. Nothing on the Platform constitutes a recommendation to place any specific bet or wager, or an invitation to gamble. Users act on any information presented at their own risk.

winpr makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of Content, including odds data. However, given the fast-moving nature of sports events and betting markets, we cannot guarantee that all information is current, complete or error-free at the time of access. Users should verify odds and information directly with the relevant Third-Party Operator before placing any bet.

Users of the winpr Platform must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension of access and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Applicable Law, including but not limited to laws governing online gambling, data protection, intellectual property, fraud or financial crime;
• Attempting to circumvent, disable or interfere with any security feature, access control or technical protection measure of the Platform;
• Uploading, transmitting or distributing any malware, virus, trojan, ransomware or other harmful code through or in connection with the Platform;
• Impersonating winpr, any member of its staff, any Third-Party Operator, or any other person or entity in a manner that is deceptive or misleading;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft or any other financial crime using or in connection with the Platform or any Third-Party Operator referenced on it;
• Harvesting, collecting or storing personal data about other users of the Platform without their express consent;
• Publishing, transmitting or sharing any content through the Platform that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable;
• Using the Platform in any way that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on its infrastructure or that disrupts the experience of other users.

All Content on the winpr Platform — including but not limited to text, articles, guides, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software and layout — is the intellectual property of winpr or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

The winpr name, logo and all associated trade marks, service marks and trade dress are the exclusive property of winpr. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the winpr name, logo or any associated marks without the prior written consent of winpr. Unauthorised use of any winpr intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

You may print or download single copies of individual pages of the Platform for personal, non-commercial reference purposes only, provided that:

• You do not modify the content in any way;
• All copyright and proprietary notices are preserved;
• No images, graphics or illustrations are used separately from accompanying text;
• The content is not used in any commercial context without prior written consent.

Any other use of winpr's intellectual property — including republication on third-party websites, social media platforms or in print — requires our express prior written permission. Requests may be directed to the contact details set out in Section 15 of these Terms.

The winpr Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, winpr expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement;
• Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected;
• Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of any Content, including odds data, betting guides or payment method information;
• Any warranty that the Platform or its Content is suitable, lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.

winpr does not endorse any Third-Party Operator, product or service referenced or linked on the Platform. References to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as contextual references familiar to Pakistani users only. These references do not imply that any such payment provider supports, endorses or facilitates online gambling. Users must independently verify payment method availability with their chosen operator.

Odds information, cricket match previews, PSL betting guides and similar Content are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. winpr makes no representation that acting on such information will result in profit. All sports betting and gambling activity involves significant financial risk and may result in total loss of funds wagered.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, winpr, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform or any Content;
• Any reliance placed on Content published on the Platform, including odds guides, betting previews or payment method references;
• Any financial loss, gambling losses, or loss of funds resulting from bets or wagers placed with any Third-Party Operator based on information obtained from the Platform;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or communications;
• Any conduct or content of any third party, including Third-Party Operators, on or through the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any part of it, whether or not winpr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, winpr's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed PKR 1,000 (one thousand Pakistani Rupees) or the equivalent in any other currency. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty or otherwise.

The winpr Platform may contain references to, or informational content about, Third-Party Operators — including licensed online sportsbooks, betting exchanges and casino platforms. winpr does not operate these services, does not control their content, terms or practices, and is not responsible for any aspect of your interaction with them.

Any decision to register with, deposit funds into, or engage in betting or gaming activity with a Third-Party Operator is made entirely at your own risk. You should carefully review the terms and conditions, privacy policy and responsible gambling tools of any Third-Party Operator before creating an account or depositing funds. winpr accepts no liability for losses, disputes or other issues arising from your use of any Third-Party Operator's services.

winpr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in law, Platform functionality, business practice or user feedback. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated whenever material changes are made.

Where amendments are significant, winpr may — at its discretion — provide additional notice to users via a platform-level notification or announcement.
